Regina, a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist, utilises her extensive background in the field to develop and implement individualised treatment plans for her clients. Utilising evidence-based practices in collaboration with her clients, she effectively facilitates group psychological therapy for a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, and stress. Holding a degree in Psychology from Germany and having worked in the field since 2001, Regina has not only been in private practice, but also lectured in Gerontopsychology, developed various online psycho-educational courses, webinars, and a mindfulness-based app. Prior to her working in private practice, Regina held the position of Clinical Manager of the Psychological and Counselling Service at Curtin University for over a decade. Currently, in addition to her private practice, she continues to work as a trainer, supervisor, and national Coordinator for MBSR/CT certification at the Mindfulness Teaching Institute of Australia and New Zealand (MTI). Additionally, Regina maintains a global mindfulness community, frequently offering online meditations and insight retreats. Languages: English and German.

  • $380 - Initial individual session, $270.00 ongoing

  • $380 - EMDR (90 minutes)

  • $400 - Initial Couples session (60-90 minutes)

  • $220 - Concession (health card, etc.)
